This position is responsible to provide point leadership for a healthy, evangelistic, cross-cultural, and thriving campus of Beulah Alliance Church. A central focus is recruiting, inspiring, and building a core team and campus ministry equipped to see Greater Edmonton awakened to King Jesus.
Role responsibilities:
CAMPUS LEADERSHIP
- Champion the vision, values, virtues, and DNA of Beulah at the campus level.
- Develop and implement evangelistic strategies to reach Southeast Edmonton’s diverse communities.
- Serve as the primary ministry catalyst and “face” of campus.
- Leadership of weekend services including children’s ministry, hospitality, and general operations.
- Build volunteer teams for effective and sustainable ministry and operations.
- Utilize Beulah’s multisite strategy and systems required for an effective campus.
- Collaborate with Central Ministry staff to align campus ministry with Beulah’s vision, strategy and practices.
- Work with Central Services to support ministry activities and system implementation.
- Ensure campus staff and leaders align with Beulah’s vision through central planning and training.
- Oversee pastoral care at the campus through the community life and pastoral support systems.
PREACHING AND COMMUNICATING
- Preach 10-15 times per year at your campus.
- As a member of the Teaching Team, participate in meetings to plan series outlines.
- When not preaching, regularly host campus weekend services.
GENERAL PASTORAL DUTIES
- Equip, train and empower leaders to provide spiritual direction in your campus.
- Provide pastoral support as required. This includes spiritual direction and assessing immediate needs.
- Provide pastoral care to the congregation by performing weddings, baptisms, and funerals.
- Be a visible and accessible leadership presence at weekend services, and ministry programming.

- Highly relational and able to coach staff and volunteers in an Eph. 4:12 ministry environment.
- Strong self-awareness and proven relational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively and to “give ministry away” through empowering others.
- Strong skill and experience in cross-cultural expressions of ministry.
- Able to manage the tension of leading a campus and working inside a larger organization.
- Self-starter, entrepreneur, and goal-oriented, with strong work ethic and strength in creative thinking.
- Proven experience in problem solving, and collaborative leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for those who aren’t yet followers of Jesus and those far from God.
- Strong communicator (in person, written, and video) who listens well.
- Minimum 2-year diploma in Biblical Studies or related field from a recognized institution.
- Passion for inspiring, directing, shepherding groups of people towards a common goal.
- Eligible for licensing with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination in Canada.
Position Type: permanent, full-time, 40hrs/wk
