The Executive Assistant manages the systems, operations, and administration of the church, enabling the Co-Lead Pastoral Team to focus on strategic decisions for advancing the church’s vision and mission
CORE COMPETENCIES:

- Time Management/Multitasking – required to multitask, switch tasks quickly, and resume previous tasks after interruptions, prioritize effectively, create efficient processes and workflows.

- People Skills – capable of fostering positive relationships with all levels of the organization
- Decision-Making/Problem – skilled & analytical problem-solver with the ability to offer alternative solutions, make quick decisions, and know when to seek advice.
- Technical Skills – a working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated extensive Executive administrative experience
- Project management experience
- Facility management experience preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge of church and non-profit
- Undergraduate Degree preferred
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Work directly with Co-Lead Pastors to support all aspects of the operations
- Oversight of all systems and process required to effectively and efficiently manage the entire functions of WKC
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the church and its buildings including, maintenance, insurance, safety, and rentals.
- Responsible for the Operational and Facilities Budgets
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Start Date: Immediately
- Location: Calgary, Alberta
- Hours: Full-Time, 30-40 hours/week
- Salary: In align with experience
