- Answer the important, everyday questions our members have, using detailed resources with the latest information.
- Live out our brand identity, demonstrating that CCCC is a loyal guide and ally to Christian ministries.
- Leverage your service skills to connect with and support people through complex situations.
- Work as part of a support team who are there to help you answer tough questions, learn all about charities in Canada, and encourage you.
- Develop content that further grows our support resources, making your job ever easier!
- Support Christian churches and charities by contributing your skills to CCCC’s initiatives and performing meaningful work to those who need it.

You are motivated to support Christian ministries and want to help them fulfill their missions. You might have volunteered for a charity in the past, and you have a heart for service and doing important, meaningful work.
Christ-like
As we are an evangelical Christian ministry serving other Christian ministries, it’s important that you are comfortable expressing your evangelical Christian faith. This includes demonstrating the fruits of the Spirit and being open to praying with others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree. Degrees related to accounting, human resources, communication, or ministry preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience. Call centre experience preferred.
- Experience with knowledge base tools, Text Expander, Monday Boards, and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience working with Christian charities as an employee, professional service provider, or volunteer preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confidence in the ability to grow (continuous learner).
- Strong interest in serving people and solving problems.
- Agreement with CCCC’s Statement of Faith and Community Covenant
COMPENSATION
Between $38 000 – $42 000, based on experience and how well you meet our qualifications.

LOCATION AND HOURS
This position will be fully remote. Full time hours (35 hours per week: Mon. – Fri. 9 am – 5 pm EST)
