Cottam Baptist Church was founded in 1950, the first pastor being Dr. Arnold Dalimore. We are located in a farming community 35 minutes from Windsor Ontario. We are a small Conservative congregation with an average attendance of 50 people on a Sunday morning. We do have Sunday morning service as well as Sunday evening and Wednesday night prayer and bible study.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and delivering sermons for church services.
  • Performing the ordinances for the church along with funerals and weddings as appropriate.
  • Counseling, discipling, visitation and ministering to needs of members.

Qualifications

  • 1 Timothy 3:1-7. Titus 1:6-9
  • Desire to see the lost saved.
  • Honest
  • Humble
  • Good communication skills – Loves the Lord
  • Good example
  • Compassionate
